1. No Return & No Exchange Policy

At StreetToneWear, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy ensures fair pricing for all customers and maintains hygiene standards for apparel products.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective
  • Not the item you ordered

You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

What we require:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement free of cost, or
  • Issue store credit if the product is out of stock

Refunds are not provided in cash.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

4. Wrong Size Ordered

As part of our strict No Return / No Exchange policy, we cannot replace or refund orders placed with the wrong size. Please carefully check the size chart before ordering.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
